Centerforcreativity clears trees, brush, and undergrowth, then grubs out the stumps and roots below grade so they do not heave a slab or driveway later. Why Grubbing Below Grade Matters

• No regrowth. Pulling stumps and root balls out below the surface stops the suckering and rot that a ground-level cut leaves behind.
• Stable subgrade. Organic material left in the fill decays and settles, so grubbing it out first protects pads and gravel roads near Four Corners and Gallatin Gateway.
• Fire clearance. Thinning brush around a build site doubles as defensible space in the wildland-urban interface common around the valley.

Our Process

We call 811, walk the parcel to mark what stays, and clear trees and brush with the right machine for the density. Stumps and roots come out below grade, the holes get backfilled and compacted, and debris is mulched or hauled. The lot is left rough-graded and ready for site prep.
